We currently offer delivery across India, subject to serviceability by our courier partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's location and the serviceability of the courier network.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the order is successfully placed.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during major sale periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping or tracking information where available.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

Remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Kurti Room may offer free shipping promotions or other shipping-related offers. The applicable shipping charge shown at checkout will be considered final for that order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number or tracking link through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

You can use the provided tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • House/Flat number

  • Street/Locality

  • City

  • State

  • PIN code

  • Valid phone number

Kurti Room will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

7. Delayed Deliveries

Although we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Courier or logistics delays.

  • Weather conditions.

  • Natural disasters.

  • Public holidays.

  • Strikes or transportation disruptions.

  • Incorrect address or contact information.

  • High order volumes during sales or festive periods.

  • Remote-area delivery restrictions.

We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses the package, provides an incorrect address, or does not respond to the courier, the order may be returned to Kurti Room.

For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal or failure to accept orders may affect the availability of COD for future purchases.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please check the package carefully when receiving your order.

If the package appears significantly damaged or tampered with, please contact Kurti Room Customer Support as soon as possible and provide photographs/videos of the package and shipping label.

10. International Shipping

At present, Kurti Room does not guarantee international shipping availability. International orders may only be accepted if specifically enabled on our website.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges for international shipments, where offered, may be the customer's responsibility.

Orders may be delivered through third-party courier and logistics partners selected by Kurti Room.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, delivery is subject to the courier's operational network and conditions.
